The Timbers at Summerford

The Timbers at Summerford was established in late 2004 and is an age-restricted, sub-neighborhood of the Woods at Summerford. It is conveniently located near Hull Street Road, Pocahontas State Park and Woodlake Reservoir as well as many other points of interest, like Birkdale Golf Club, Swift Creek YMCA and local walking paths.

The Timbers neighborhood is comprised of 24 beautiful homes, each with 1st-floor master bedrooms and 2-car garages. Amenities include weekly lawn and yard care service during the growing season, front and backyard irrigation and irrigation maintenance, weekly trash collection and maintenance of our common areas.

Situated in the middle of the Timbers development is an area fondly referred to as "Central Park" that has several concrete benches and a fire pit, available for use by residents and their guests. Depending on the season and the weather, community-wide, informal social gatherings are held in Central Park throughout the year.
